To identify which organizations are leading the way in remote hiring, FlexJobs analyzed over 60,000 companies and their remote job postings in 2025 to determine where remote opportunities are consistently supported.

The result is FlexJobs’ 13th annual list of the Top 100 Companies to Watch for Remote Jobs, which highlights employers that posted the highest volume of fully remote and hybrid remote jobs across industries and career levels.

For job seekers navigating a competitive market, the Top 100 list serves as a trusted starting point. Each company included has demonstrated a clear commitment to flexible work, offering meaningful remote opportunities that support long-term career growth, stability, and balance in an evolving workplace.

But first, let’s look at the top career fields and titles for remote work.

Top 10 Career Fields for Remote Jobs

The top career categories highlight the industries with the highest concentration of remote jobs.

In 2025, project management surpassed computer and IT to become the leading category for remote job listings. Historically, these fields have remained among the strongest and most consistent options for work-from-home opportunities.

The most common industries for remote work include:

Top Remote Fields Analysis

Each of the top career categories showed steady growth throughout the year, signaling sustained demand for remote talent.

Project management and computer and IT experienced the largest increases, with remote job postings in each category nearly doubling within the FlexJobs database.

Additionally, operations, sales, and business development roles grew by more than 20%. Accounting and finance saw moderate growth, while medical and health, communications, and marketing roles remained steady enough to maintain their positions in the top 10.

Top 10 Remote Job Titles

There’s a broad range of remote jobs in the market, but some remote job titles are consistently in demand.

Similar to past rankings, most of the remote job postings were for experienced-level professionals, accounting for 67% of listings. Manager-level roles made up 17%, senior-level positions represented 9%, and entry-level remote jobs accounted for the remaining 7%.

In a notable shift from previous years, account executives emerged as the most in-demand remote job titles throughout 2025.

Software engineers, product managers, and project managers followed closely. And reflecting the leading remote industries, executive assistants, customer service representatives, and product marketing managers rounded out the top 10.

A remote job is defined as a professional-level role that allows a worker to perform their job from home either entirely (fully remote jobs) or part of the time (hybrid remote jobs).

TELUS earned the top spot on FlexJobs’ 2026 Top 100 Companies list. Along with offering work-from-home opportunities in customer service, TELUS has hired for remote jobs across bilingual, computer and IT, and research fields. Elevance Health and Lockheed Martin followed closely, ranking second and third overall.
